- Export capability: your NEPC exporter certificate, or the licensed exporter you ship through
- Product specifications, with the grades and volumes you can supply and the months you can supply them
- Post-harvest handling, covering drying, storage, and pest control
- Which inspection or testing body you work with
- Traceability to farm, cooperative or aggregator
- Access for a site visit
