OFFICIAL TRADE

Need it from Africa? We source it for you.

You need a product that meets your market’s standards, from a supplier you can still reach six months from now.

Consignments often fail on residue limits, post-harvest handling, or missing documentation, not supply. We verify these before you engage a supplier.

How it works
  1. Send us the product, grade, volume, destination market, and timeline.
  2. Within five working days, we confirm availability and outline the requirements.
  3. You receive a shortlist of suppliers, each with a record of what we checked and when.
  4. We arrange third-party inspection and testing before shipment.
  5. You contract directly with the supplier. We agree on the commission in writing beforehand, and both sides see it.
What we check
  • Corporate Affairs Commission registration and company objects.
  • NEPC exporter certificate, or the licensed exporter used.
  • Nigeria Agricultural Quarantine Service (NAQS) phytosanitary capability and Federal Produce Inspection arrangements.
  • Post-harvest handling: drying, storage, pest control.
  • Which inspection and testing body the supplier uses.
  • Traceability to farm, cooperative or aggregator.
  • A site visit by a named agent or us, with the date recorded

What we source

Our commodities

Shea butter, cocoa, cashew, hibiscus, sesame, ginger, and fashion accessories, sourced across the continent. If what you need is not on the list, ask. The list reflects where our supplier relationships are, not the limit of what the region produces.

Each commodity page on the sister site should carry the same fields, in the same order:

  • Product name, and the trade or botanical name
  • Grades available, with the specification for each
  • Origin country and state or region
  • Moisture content and any other quality parameter buyers specify
  • Packaging options and container loading
  • Minimum order quantity
  • Season, and the months supply is available
  • Which inspection body is used
  • Documents shipped with the goods
  • Buyer enquiry form, first field: What product do you need from Africa?

Export services

Two ways we can help you export.

We export directly. Our subsidiary holds a Nigerian Export Promotion Council exporter certificate, so where you want one company to handle the shipment rather than an introduction, we can act as the exporter of record.

We advise. If you are exporting on your own account and need to know what a destination market requires, what documentation a shipment needs, or why a previous consignment was turned back, we take that work on as an advisory engagement.
